Goose sauerkraut
ingredients

- 2 shallots
- 25 g. Of butter
- 2 tablespoons of goose fat
- 14 juniper berries
- 2 cloves
- 1 egg
- Salt pepper
- 2 bottles of riesling
- 1 knob of butter.
Preparation
After washing the sauerkraut, blanch it for 4 Minutes, then drain.
