Cherry Duck


ingredients

  • 1 young duck
  • 1 thin slice of smoked bacon
  • 1 kg. Of cherries
  • 30 g. Of butter
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 liqueur glass of cognac
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • Salt pepper.

Preparation
Salt and pepper the inside of the duck. Add the bouquet garni. The bridle. Place it on the oven rack over the drip tray. Bake in a hot oven (th 8) for 15 minutes then at th. 6 for 30 minutes.
